Contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receipt of your order. Request a Customer Return Verification Number & list the reason for return. Please send your package in its original packaging including proof of purchase & Customer Return Verification Number. Send via FedEx using their insured, traceable method to ensure a safe & documented delivery. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

Refunds returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days from the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit. Special offers and time-sensitive goods may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

Special Orders require a 50% payment when order is placed & a 50% payment when item is ready for pick-up or delivery. Fees for Redesigning will vary depending on the complexity, components, and labor involved. Fees can range from 50% payment at start of project to as little as $50(US). All Repair items require a minimum $50(US) payment before work begins & the remaining balance at time of pick-up or delivery. Any Special Orders, Redesigns, or Repairs not claimed 60 days after order was placed, will be sold for expenses.
