    *Special Orders (US) will ship via FedEx 2Day Express and should arrive within 1 to 3 business days after the date of receipt of order, depending on destination. FedEx Ground & FedEx Home Delivery should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks of receipt of order.

  • FedEx International Priority (United Kingdom) add $20.00 to $25.00 to above rates. There will be additional fees if weight of package exceeds 1.0 pound in weight and if Customer requests additional Insurance. Any and all Duty fees and Taxes placed on the shipment by the country of Import are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

    FedEx International Priority Packages to the United Kingdom are normally in Customs within 24 hours and ready for delivery within 48 hours of leaving the continental US. Customers receive the tracking # for their package on the day of shipment. They can see when their package clears Customs and when it is on the van for delivery. International Customers should email questions or concerns to: info@strawberries-cream-uk.com

You will be notified of the estimated ship date as soon as it becomes available. Because our items are individually made, ship time is generally 10 to 21 days. However, during peak seasons, ship time could extend to 15 to 30 days. In the event that your purchase will be delayed, you will be contacted and given the choice of canceling your order or accepting the later ship date.

All merchandise is shipped via FedEx. Shipping charges are based on the distance between our ship base and the final destination listed on your order. Shipping fees are not subject to special offers & are calculated before taxes. All orders are subject to verification. US sales tax is automatically applied to orders with shipping addresses in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA & WA.


We are proud of the design & quality of our merchandise & package it with care. If you find that your order was damaged during shipment or that you must return it for other reasons, you must comply with the following:

Contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receipt of your order. Request a Customer Return Verification Number & list the reason for return. Please send your package in it's original packaging including proof of purchase & Customer Return Verification Number. Send via FedEx using their insured, traceable method to ensure a safe & documented delivery. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

Refunds returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days from the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit. Special offers and time-sensitive goods may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancelation.


Special Orders require a 50% payment when order is placed & a 50% payment when item is ready for pick-up or delivery. Fees for ReDesigning will vary depending on the complexity, components, & labor involved. Fees can range from 50% payment at start of project to as little as 50$US. All Repair items require a minimum 50$US payment before work begins & the remaining balance at time of pick-up or delivery. Any Special Orders, ReDesigns, or Repairs not claimed 60 days after order was placed, will be sold for expenses.
